Leah Light | VIP Celebrity Salon Opening

What a whirlwind week! Last Tuesday I was lucky enough to be invited to one of the hottest events in Auckland - the VIP Celebrity Opening of the Leah Light Nails and Beauty Studio. Being fortunate enough to have received an invitation, I now want to give you a behind the scenes look at this fabulous event.

The Leah Light Nails and Beauty Studio Opening was truly a spectacular occasion! The red carpet was laid out, VnC Cocktails were waiting upon arrival, and famous faces filled the room. Leah personally invited her top clients, celebrities, and family to join her in celebrating the opening of her very first Leah Light Studio. This made the event such a wonderfully intimate affair, and enabled her and her girls Charlie, Lisa and Sophie, to individually speak to everyone who attended, which I thought was really lovely. In making a toast to the new Studio Leah spoke of the tremendous influence that her family had had on her, and their unwavering support of her pursuits.  Kimberley Crossman also made a speech to Leah and Geoff (Leah's husband) acknowledging, on behalf of all who attended, their hard work and sacrifice in bringing the concept and idea of a Leah Light Nail Studio to fruition in less than a year.

Leah has worked in the industry for many years and has a number of high profile clients such as Taylor Swift, Eva Longoria, Cher Lloyd, Rita Ora and Katy Perry. The Leah Light Nails and Beauty Studio now allows for women from all walks of life to be pampered in style, and treated to the Rolls Royce in nail treatment by Charlie, Lisa and Sophie, who have been personally selected and trained by Leah. No longer is the 'Leah Light service' only for the rich and famous, but now 'everyday' women can experience the luxury of beautifully manicured nails, in a clean, professional, and contemporary environment.

The opening was supported by a bunch of amazing sponsors. VnC Cocktails, Teza and Karma Cola were handed out to guests on arrival, Cake Pop Kitchen made beautiful and delicious treats to eat throughout the evening, Sienna Rose Flowers created fabulous floral arrangements in cute, nostalgic glass jars, and Manicare provided amazing products to make up the goody bags that everyone left with at the end of the evening. These sponsors were awesome, and helped make the night even more enjoyable! I also personally owe a massive thank you to the final sponsor, Meadowlark Jewelry who gifted the Studio opening one of their absolutely gorgeous Protea Black Onyx Cocktail Rings, which I was lucky enough to win. I am still absolutely blown away by their generosity, it made my spectacular night even better. I didn't think that was even possible!

I had the most unbelievably exciting night at the Leah Light opening. Thank you to the outstandingly talented and inspirational woman, Leah Light for not only allowing me to be part of this massive milestone in your career, but for also seeing the huge gap in the market for 'ordinary' women who wish to be pampered and feel like a celebrity for the day. I know that this new business venture will be a remarkable success for you, and I cannot wait for you to open more Studio's throughout New Zealand
